GRADE I
1) Routing of Sales Turnover more than 90% of entire sales.
2) CIBIL/CRIF Score more than 750 (Commercial/Personal).
3) Submission of financial statements/stock statements within due date.
4) Availability of collateral security more than 150% limit.
5) Incurred profit for last 3 years.
6) Sales turnover more than eight times of CC limit.

GRADE II
1) Routing of Sales Turnover more than 75% of entire sales.
2) CIBIL/CRIF Score more than 700 (Commercial/Personal).
3) Submission of financial statements/stock statements within due date.
4) Availability of collateral security more than 125% limit.
5) Incurred profit for 2 years out of previous 3 years.
6) Sales turnover more than six times of CC limit.

GRADE III
1) Routing of Sales Turnover more than 50% of sales.
2) CIBIL/CRIF Score more than 650 (Commercial/Personal).
3) Submission of financial statements/stock statements within due date.
4) Availability of collateral security more than 100% limit.
5) Incurred profit for previous years.
6) Sales turnover more than five times of CC limit.

GRADE IV
All other cases at the discretion of the Board. 		Maximum period of 12 months (Grade I) 9% p.a. at monthly rest
Maximum period of 12 months (Grade II) 10% p.a. at monthly rest
Maximum period of 12 months (Grade III) 11% p.a. at monthly rest
Maximum period of 12 months (Grade IV) 12% p.a. at monthly rest
